These clocks all have a top quality Takane® quartz movement with second hand, and powered by a single AA
cell battery. Battery life is at least one year, usually two years. As you can see in the photographs, most of these clocks have an inlay of light cedar in the hour positions, and the face is then finished with Polyurethane varnish for a durable finish. The back of the cedar wood is purposely left unfinished so you can keep the cedar aroma by occasionally buffing this unfinished surface with a light sanding. Each clock photograph is the actual item you are purchasing, so be sure to indicate exactly which one you are ordering. NOTE: On some of the openfaced clocks, the hands will not be attached during shipping, but will be included for you to attach.  All the clocks pictured here have the above style hanger. Even the desktop clocks will have this same hanger in case one wishes to hang it up. As you can see, the hanger is self centering which makes the clock hang straight. The clocks are light enough to hang on quite small nails or screws (even a thumbtack will work). |
